Memphis Grizzlies, this is a message from ballbeforebreakfast. The brooms are lurking, not like you don’t already know that. San Antonio, behind old man Duncan, took a commanding 3-0 lead over Memphis last night in the Western Conference Finals. Memphis is the “grind out” hard core never give up team that took care of the Westbrook-less Thunder. They always get down 0-2 and then fight back to win the series or at least make it competitive. But this is San Antonio with super coach Gregg Popovich. Its gonna be a tough road for Memphis. But if anyone can do it, I think these Grizzlies have the heart and talent to fight back. It may take an asteroid to crash into the stadium and send radioactive waves into all of the Spurs that make them throw up bricks all game, but crazier things have happened. Well maybe not, but Memphis will need some help. If not, Beware the Brooms. The sweep is coming.
